the work.
its been the total of 5days since i started work. I've seen all types of people, the friendly, the dao, the taitai, the handsome, the pervert, the surveyor etc.After much trouble we had caused towards the management and the agency, we are officially labeled in their so called "trouble makers" black list. After voicing out our unhappiness in our daily pay we manage to get a pay of $6/hr and $5/hr during our break which means if i work the full day i would get a total of $70 per day which is like a major big difference compared to the 45bucks per day. i wanted a major valid proof that they wont make any changes to our pay so i even sms to the agency requesting for a new contract to serve as a black and white. Since that day our reputation had been going down to the slumps and even the manager of the agency had made crude remarks about us.
That agency manager can really go fuck off and fly kite. The whole situation would not have happen if we were given a fair amount of pay for the number of hrs. Seriously i think he is mad at us cause he only get minimal amount of commission from us. Imagine that you were in our shoes, we stand all day long having inconsistent break timings while he just relax in the aircon room taking like 2bucks for commission wont you be screaming at him also. We are not only the few that were unhappy about this matter and we are in the wrong because we voiced it out?
He is trying to be an ass.
the next 3 days i would be on the full shift and i would have to bear with it till oct 15. My fats had change into muscles. I'm sorry about not being able to attend the fest that you all had been planning very long ago, its really difficult for us to get an off day because of our contract.
